Role
Director of Engineering, CiviForm, at Exygy since August 2026, remote from Davis, California. CiviForm is the open-source platform four governments use to take benefit applications; the public record and my role in it are on its own page.
Where my attention is
CiviForm, and the independent validators and scorecards on the work page: measurement tools pointed at real transit feeds, hospital price files, credential records, college disclosures, and California energy filings. Every finding cites a rule.
Availability
I am not consulting and I am not looking for a role. I do not take on federal contracting work. I am available as an independent source for press on the topics listed on the press page.
Lines I hold
